Job Description:


  1. Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
  2. Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
  3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  4. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report on results
  5. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
  6. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce on-brand content
  7. Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and social media trends
  8. Identify growth opportunities and suggest new content ideas


Requirements


  1. 2 years of hands-on social media management experience
  2. Proficiency in scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite)
  3. Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  4. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
  5. Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and/or English
  6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
