Property Consultant

Job Description:

1. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
2. Facilitate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
3. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
4. Develop networks and cooperate with developers.
5. Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.
6. Analyze the latest property market trends.
7. Recommend investment properties to investors.
8. Advise buyers in making informed property purchase decisions.
9. Conduct in-depth research to identify profitable real estate properties and opportunities.
10. Present profitable property proposals to investors.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree is a must.
2. Must have a presentable appearance and very good communication skills.
3. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby New Cairo or other nearby areas.
4. From (6 Months to 1 year) of experience in sales.
5. Excellent English language and communication skills.
