Job Description:

  1. Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
  2. Create ADs on Real Estate platforms (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Facebook, etc...)
  3. ⁠Receive requests (leads) through mobile phone, submitting them on CRM and generate feedback reports.
  4. Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  5. Evaluating and analyzing sale's performance on the leads received and creating reports to be presented to leaders.


Requirements:
